We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to lead our Brand Promoter team focused on MI Mobile Phones. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, promoting MI Mobile Phones, and ensuring the team’s success in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:
   • Lead and inspire a team of Brand Promoters.
   • Provide coaching and support to ensure team members excel in their roles.

2. Product Knowledge:
   • Develop a deep understanding of MI Mobile Phones and their features.
   • Ensure team members are well-versed in product knowledge to effectively promote MI Mobile Phones.
3. Marketing and Promotion:
   • Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns to increase MI Mobile Phones’ visibility.
   • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
4. Sales and Targets:
   • Set and track sales targets for the team.
   • Motivate team members to meet or exceed sales objectives.
5. Reporting:
   • Generate regular reports on team performance and campaign effectiveness.
   • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
