Job Overview

The events specialist is responsible for creating, managing and hosting events and other social gathers to connect, outreach and strengthen B2B relations as part of the exclusive experience working with us.

Job Responsibilities

Design, schedule and host all social gatherings

Design and execute all marketing, internal and external events including budgets, amenities, vendors, set-up and tear downs

Add supplemental opportunities by using facility to host paid events by other organizations

Create a social gathering place and positive reputation supporting our brand

Host, holiday party, especial event hosting, internal and external marketing video and photo shoots for digital marketing

Arrange sales and closing meetups and cordially engage with guests and coordinate with digital marketer and Marketing Director.
